Chef Holly Smith
In July we had the opportunity to photograph Chef Holly Smith. Shortly after we met, we learned she'll be a contestant on Iron Chef! Exciting stuff! She was very kind and an extraordinary chef. We wish her all the best!
OUR STATE MAGAZINE and Alex Bernstein
We spent a day in Asheville photographing glass artist Alex Bernstein for an upcoming issue of OUR STATE magazine. Alex was a gracious host and we really enjoyed meeting him and seeing his amazing work.

Star + Neal
June 28, 2009 took us to the Goodstone Inn in Middleburg, Virginia to photograph the wedding of Star and Neal. It was an incredibly beautiful celebration on an amazing estate. Neal and Star are a beautiful couple and together they hosted a lovely wedding. We are still thinking about the wedding feast of Fried Chicken, Beets, Fried Okra, Salads, and other treats prepared by Chef Tarver King. And then there was the wedding cake -- the best we have ever had. The picture on the left is one of our favorites shot with the Holga. We still LOVE film and plastic cameras make it even more magical!
